Mission Statement 

The mission of Ten2One is to work with schools, community orgnizations and concerned corporations to identify and coach those individuals that can emerge to be the next generation of leaders.

Our Business

Ten2One is a leadership mentoring program established to partner with schools to serve “at risk” and economically disadvantaged young men by meeting them where they are in their development and working with them to uncover their path to future success and offering strategies and skills to help them achieve it.

Who We Are

The founders once labeled “at risk” themselves, collectively possess over 50 years corporate and executive management experience.  They are eager to share their humble beginnings and unlikely rise to success with all that will listen.  They credit many things for the path their lives have taken, most critical were the mentors that stepped in to offer advice and counsel along the way. 

Dedicated Staff : Each Engagement will be assigned a dedicated staff, that will include a Regional Director, Team Mentor and Project Facilitator(s).  The final number will depend on the number of student participants assigned to the program.  However we ensure that each engagement will be staffed with experienced professionals that possess the following skills and experiences:
